Challenges

Problem between three third generation cousins in partnership in a very closely held Family Business over 100 years old.

Two of the three cousins couldn’t align within the unified decision-making needed for collective business growth.

After a few meetings, over a period, we were clear in matching each cousin to a particular business in line with their respective management strengths and compatibility.

Two of the cousins decided to work together on two of the businesses with an agreed formula for power sharing and decision making.

The third business was totally de-merged into a separate company with 100 per cent management and ownership responsibility with the third cousin.
