The Center provides dedicated Long-term Services and Support (LTSS) to elders or people with disabilities, who need help with daily living tasks.  The Center’s ability to deliver consistent high quality nursing facility services was severely constrained by the significant under recovery of ever increasing operating costs.

PROMAG assisted the Center develop a financial turnaround plan that would enhance the quality of healthcare services provided.
